With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Michael Hare of Appling, Georgia, who passed away on February 8, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Hare and Martha Hare. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Hare; his children, John Hare, Lisa Cross (Clay) and Elizabeth Westbrooks (Ray); and his siblings, Don Hare (Annette), Elaine Introcaso (George) and Patricia Godwin (Pete). He is also survived by five grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Fort Creek Baptist Church Jerusalem Fund, 1497 Fort Creek Rd, Dearing, GA 30808.
