He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Gribble and Evelyn Gribble; his son Earl "Buck" Gribble; his great grandchild Aubree Allen; his brother Roger Dale Carter; his daughter Sheryl Lawrence; and his pet Hollie Grace Gribble.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Grace Gribble; his children, Rowdy Gribble (Patty), Paul Gribble (Barbara), Nathan Quinn (Jean Ann), Chuck Quinn (Ashley), Dakota Gribble (Sarah), Tommy Lawrence (Debra), Sharon Burkdoll (Mitch) and Tish Sauls (Curt); his siblings-in-law, Saralyn Stapleton (David) and Kelly Grace (Brenda); his nieces, Beth Davis (Chris), Candice Purvis (Michael) and Whitney Grace; his nephew Justin Grace; and his cousins, Clayton Murphy (Ruby), Jeanett Dubberly, Bertie Giddens, Lamar Simmons, J. W. Murray and Robert Spell. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren; his fur babies.
