She was predeceased by: her husband Elton Miles; her children, Bryan Keith Miles and Melanie Denise Miles; her parents, Simeon Lamar and Fannie Rebecca Smith; and her sister Martha Goodson.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Lynn Butler (Freddy) of Baxley, Angela Waddell (Carl) of Aiken, SC, Toni Tomberlin of Baxley and Patrick Miles (Angela) of Baxley; her grandchildren, Michelle Crapps, Allison Williams, Jared Crapps, Heather Griffin (Dustin), Blake Tomberlin (Katie), Weston Tomberlin, Cody Burkett (Lana) and Hannah Miles; her siblings, Gary Smith (Nancy) of Alma, Tim Smith (Patty) of Eastman, Tom Smith (Tammy) of Alma, Donnette Beck of Jacksonville, FL, Jo Ann Smith of Baxley, Janice Fulton of Tyrone, Pat Magdziuk of Ft. Collins, CO and Marlene Edgerly (Walt) of Aurora, CO; and her brother-in-law Jim Goodson (Roger Vaughn) of Baxley. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
