Clarence Ray Newby Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clarence Ray Newby of Appling, Georgia, who passed away on July 7, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde R. Newby and Carnie Reese Newby; and his son Ray Hamilton Newby. He is survived by: his wife Barbara S. Newby; his daughter Holly Fox (Chris); his grandchildren, Christian Fox, Anna Grace Fox and Austin Fox; his sisters, Clara Sharpton (Jay) and Lois McGahee; his brothers-in-law, Robert H. Smith (Cindy) and Charles S. Smith (Debbie); and also Julie McCants.
