He is survived by: his wife Alma Kay Kirkland Schlein; his daughters, Angela Schlein (Will), Carole Elaine Schlein and Callie Schlein Tucciarone (Matthew); and his siblings-in-law, Diane Schlein, Sam Saxon and Agnes Kirkland (Abby). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
