It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosa Margene Sheets of Americus, Georgia, born in Rome, Georgia, who passed away on April 27, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Roland and Leila Beatrice Woods Parris; her sons, Keith Holloway and Anthony Holloway; her grandson Tony Lambert; and her sons-in-law, Bryan Rooks and Tommy Fountain.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Rooks (Brad) of Ellaville, GA, Donna Raper (Jayce) of Leesburg, GA and Connie Fountain of Ellaville, GA; her grandchildren, William Rooks (Laura), Jonathan Rooks (Jessica), Mary Lambert, Brooke Shivers (Aaron), Cayce Raper, Kaitlyn Raper, Nicole Holloway (Skip) and Michael Lambert (Vickie); and her siblings, W. C. Parris of Cedartown, GA, Jerry Parris (Sandra) of Cedartown, GA, Joann Smith (Wallace) of Cornelia, GA and Peggy Parris (Mike) of Gillsville, GA. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
