He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Dinsmore and Shirley Inez Anglin; his daughter Kimberly Dinsmore; and his brother Dennis Dinsmore. He is survived by: his wife Candy Dinsmore; his daughters, Missy Welch and Adrian Scarborough (Richard); his grandchildren, Thomas Cameron Welch, Tucker Riley Welch and Garrett Wade Scarborough; and his sister Wanda Sue Raper (Paul Lamarre).
