He was predeceased by: his siblings, Herbert Shrouder, Loran Shrouder, Sr., Jimmy Shrouder, Cecil Shrouder, E. J. Shrouder, Junior Shrouder, Pud Shrouder, Myrtle Bennett and Lucille Teston.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Buchan Shrouder of Ambrose, GA.; his child Alicia Rucker (Clyde Jerrell Shrouder); his sister Dona Williams; and his sister-in-law Betty Buchan of Douglas, GA.. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, and 8 Great Grandchildren.
