He was predeceased by: his father Odis Henry Harper; his former wife Dorothy Harper; and his sister Rhonda Denise Harper. He is survived by: his mother Ludelle Luke Harper; his wife Lidia Harper of Ambrose; and his siblings, Riley Harper of Ambrose, Lamar Harper (Brenda) of Ambrose, Sandra Taylor (Deny) of Waycross, Marie McKinnon (Monroe) of Mora, Patsy Lott (Glenn) of Holt, Elecia Harper (DW) of Ocilla, Cynthia Burt (Steven) of Ambrose and Robbie Lynn Merritt (Lamar) of Ambrose. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
