He was predeceased by: his father Walter George Deen; his sister Mary Anita Deen Welty; his grandparents, Braswell D. Deen, Sr., Corinne Smith Deen, H. I. Robertson and Alma G. Robertson Lee; his parents-in-law, Othel and Geraldine Harper; and his brother-in-law Clifford Harper.
He is survived by: his mother Anne R. Deen of Alma; his wife Debra Harper Deen of Alma; his daughter Jennifer Deen of Alma; his brothers, Walt Deen (Debra) of Locust Grove and David Deen of Alma; and his siblings-in-law, Randy Welty of Baxley, Ottis Harper of Douglas, Ron and Sandra Weidner of Gray, Georgia..
