He was predeceased by: his parent Mathel J. Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Mary Jo Mann Phillips of Adel; his wife Laurie D Phillips; his children, Michelle Jewell (Robert), Michael Phillips (Kristian), Haley Simpson (Justin), Faith Phillips and Zane Phillips (Karrah); his brothers, Tony Phillips and Dusty Phillips (Bonnie); and his niece Joni Phillips. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren.
