She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Junior Cox and Wilhelmina Simmons Cox; and her husband Gerald Max "Jerry" Fountain. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Green (Tony) of Hahira; her grandchildren, Samantha, Tate and Claire; her siblings, Betty Paez (Joe) of Springhill, FL, Marjorie Harris (Richard) of Orange Park, FL and John Cox of Ocilla; and her sisters-in-law, Brenda Gaskins (Stanley) of Nashville and Teresa Pilcher of Nashville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
