He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhudolph Charles Cowart, Sr. and Robbie Nell Ray Cowart; and his sister Loretta Cowart Renfroe. He is survived by: his children, Jason Cowart (Alanna) of Fitzgerald, Keri Reese (Brian) of Fitzgerald and Kristen Cowart of Fitzgerald; his grandchildren, Allie Anna Cowart, Aubrey Cowart, Turner Reese, Taylor Reese, Anzleigh Reese and Cole Cowart; his fiancée Melanie Johnson; his stepsons, Nathan Johnson and Jackson Johnson; and his siblings, Charles Cowart (Peggy) of Lakeland and Phyllis Cowart Lindsey of Moultrie.
