He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Holmes and Dixie Holmes (Schultz). He is survived by: his sister Lisa; his brother-in-law Edwin Deariso of Sylvester; and his nieces, Shanna Bogeajis (Danny) of Valdosta and Kayla Ply (Justin) of Valdosta. He is also survived by two great nieces and one great nephew; and several cousins.
