He is survived by: his wife Lisa Brady Shook of Adel; his daughter-in-law Tiffany Shook of Glennville, Georgia; his daughters, Chrissy (Bud Cowart) and Brittany White of Adel; his grandchildren, Ray Shook of Savannah, Noah Shook of Savannah, Hailey Mabrey of Adel, Ethan Merritt of Clarksville, Anna Merritt of Clarksville, Braiden Merritt of Clarksville and McKinley Merritt of Clarksville; his siblings, Wade Shook of Demorest, Kathy (Mike Archer), Ann (Ronnie Webb) and Carol Houston of Alto, Georgia; his father-in-law Bobby Brady of Adel; his siblings-in-law, Dana and David Eubanks of Galveston Island, Texas.; and his children, Chris Shook and Kerri Merritt (Michael Merritt).
