It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ybarra of Zolfo Springs, Florida, who passed away on March 17, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis Ybarra to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin McGowen and Clara McGowen (Crane); and her brothers, Jerry, Donnie, Larry, Bud and Charlie McGowen.

She is survived by: her husband Jose Ybarra; her children, Rocky Ybarra, Sam Ybarra, Sarah Ybarra and April Ybarra (Charlie); and her sister Brenda Hutchins (Bobby). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
