He was predeceased by: his grandson Christopher L. McKendree. He is survived by: his wife Betty S. McKendree; his sons, Jack M. McKendree, Jr., Daniel L. McKendree (Tina) and Tony L. McKendree (Tammy); his grandchildren, Joshua D. McKendree and Ashleigh N. McKendree; and his great grandchild Charleigh J. Anderson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
