He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Marion Sr. and Lillian Strickland Shiferdek; and his sister Marguerite Smallwood. He is survived by: his wife Eleta Shiferdek; his stepchildren, Lloyd, Brian, Eleta and Gina; and his brother Perry Shiferdek. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
