He is survived by: his wife Joan Crews; his children, Kathy (Charles) of Yulee, Debbie Graham (Tom) of Cocoa and Walter Parker, Jr. (Becky) of Yulee, Florida; and his siblings, Betty Shaw McKendree (Jack) of Yulee, Florida and Harold Parker, Jr. (Marguerite) of Yulee, Florida. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
