He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Middleton Waddell and Donald R. Waddell; his stepmother Sue Ellen Waddell; his siblings, Jeffrey Scott Waddell (Mary) and Donna Lee Gorsky (George Gorsky); his stepsisters, Dawn Neves Carswell and Kelly Neves Frazier (David); his nephews, Scott Daniel Waddell (Jessica), Nick Lawnikitis, Jake Frazier, Hudson Frazier and Conner Frazier; his niece Morgan Lawnikitis; his great-nieces, Kinley Waddell and Katie Elizabeth Waddell; and his great-nephew Preston King Waddell.

In lieu of flowers the family ask for donations to the Animal Rescue of Bay County.
