He is survived by: his mother Diana Mchargue; his siblings, James Boots (Diana Boots), Lee Boots (Yvonne Boots), Michele Patton and Julie Wilcoxson (Harlan Wilcoxson); his nieces, Marissa, Mariah Boots, Danielle, Nicole Boots, Morgan Smith (Josh Smith) and Kayla Toon (Josh Toon); his stepmother Lou Patton; his stepsisters, Krissy Bruce and Dona Good; his uncles, Larry Smith and James PattonGreat; his nieces and nephews, Willow, Finley, Silas and Tate; and also, Thomas Patton and Donald Mchargue. He is also survived by his family and caretakers.
