He is survived by: his brother Roger Spangler (Charlene); and his nieces and nephews, Connie Rieder (Rick), Kendall Ramsden (Carole), Jane Flynn (Joe), Daniel Porter (Sharon), Allison Moore (Rodney), Rachel Compton (Curtis) and Ruth Porter. He is also survived by 7 grand nieces and nephews and 3 great, grand nephews.
