She was predeceased by: her parents, Domenic Narduzzi and Catherine Narduzzi (Martinuzzi); her husband Francis J. Horn, Sr.; and her brother John Narduzzi. She is survived by: her children, Francis Horn, Jr., Michael Horn (Gretchen), Lynn Novak (Glen), Diane Feger and Erich Horn (Daniella). She is also survived by six grandchildren, and one great grandson.
