He was predeceased by: his mother Juanita Hernandez; and his siblings, Elba Hernandez and Milagro Santiago. He is survived by: his spouse Carmen Negron; his children, Joel Negron (Beatriz), Jared Negron Andino (Sean) and Noemi Perez (Damian); his grandchildren, Damian Perez, II, Joseph Andino, Emily Andino, Celicia Andino, Angelo Negron and Matteo Negron; and his siblings, Agustin Santiago, Norma Osorio and Jose Santiago.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
