With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Luisa Ivet Chaparro (Winter Haven, Florida), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 26, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rosendo Ocasio and Leonor Rodriguez; her children, Onorio (Aviance) and Carmen; her husband Epifanio Chaparro; her grandchildren, Jeremiah, Ariana, Isaiah and Elisha; and her brothers, Antonio Ocasio (Jean) and Reuben Ocasio (Susan).
Born in Puerto Rico but a Brooklyn girl for most of her life, Luisa took a step of faith and adventure, moving to Florida after the pandemic in September 2021.
