He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Lee Stephens; his daughter Stacey Renee Stephens; his parents, Charles Stephens (Buddy) and Francis Stephens; and his siblings, William Stephens (Toes), Frankie Stephens, Marvin Stephens and Irene Stephens.
He is survived by: his children, Tommy Joe Stephens Jr., Bobby Joe Stephens, Billy Joe Stephens, Travis Kelley and Brandi Kelley; and his brother Doyle Stephens.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Collison Carey Hand Funeral Home (1148 E Plant St, Winter Garden, FL 34787). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
