With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Dugan of Winter Garden, Florida, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 17, 2024 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas Dugan to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dugan and Loretta Dugan; his in-laws, Joseph and Concetta Silva; his siblings, Patricia Citro (Gig), Eddie Dugan, Kathleen Dugan, Mary Crider (Russell), Michael Dugan, Tim Dugan and Tony Silva; and his goddaughter Denise Dugan Gallina.

He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Tom (Dawn), Stephen (Alicia), Christa (Michael) and Jennifer; his grandchildren, Sean (Stephanie), Ian (Raye), Reagan, Jack (Brandyn), Ryan (Kylie), Collin (Anastasia), Declan, Bronwyn and Brice; his great grandchild Elliana; and his siblings, Jack Dugan (Pat), Ann Baldus, Peggy Silva, Jes Silva (Evey) and Rose George (Bill). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Tunnel to Tower Foundation (t2t.org) St. Jude's (stjude.org).
