He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Penciak and JoAnn Penciak. He is survived by: his sister Karen Midkiff (Don) of Winter Haven; and his nephews, Don Sickles (Marlyna) of Valparaiso, Derek Sickles (Ken Balazs) of Winter Garden and David Sickles (Michelle) of Valparaiso.
