He is survived by: his wife Magdalena; his son Eric; his pet Jasmine; his brother Charles Spletter (Pippi) of Cornell, WI; his nephew Cortland Spletter (Hannah) of Cornell, WI; his great-niece Eliza Spletter of Cornell, WI; and his aunts, Vivian Blum (Glen) of Willowbrook, IL and Dorothy Yackley of Lisle, IL.
