He is survived by: his wife Freda Fletcher; his daughters, Angela "Angie" Wagoner, Amy Clinton, Anita Fletcher (Zachary Strickland) and Alisha Fletcher Tucker (Tim); his grandchildren, Merl Wagoner, Ryan Wagoner (Shera), Steven Wagoner (Marie), Austin Harwell, Lane Harwell (Hannah) and Ashley Clinton; and his great grandchildren, Eve, Finn, Nile, Mazie Wagoner and Shelby Blackburn.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to AdventHealth Hospice.
