He was predeceased by: his parents, George Willis Morgan and Bessie Mildred Morgan (Valentine). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Morgan (Lumm); his children, Lizanne Crocker (Danny Crocker) of Leesburg and David Morgan (Jennifer Morgan) of Manville, TX; and his sister Mary Crumrine (Gilbert) of Hagerstown, Maryland.. He is also survived by his four grandchildren.
