He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Pietrowski and Irene Pietrowski (Mikolajczyk); and his brothers, Thomas Pietrowski and Richard Pietrowski. He is survived by: his former wife Elaine Pietrowski; his daughter Lindsey Pietrowski; his stepdaughter Kelly Kimble; his sisters, Marsha Holzer (Donald) and Diane DeSimone (Ralph); and his sisters-in-law, Terri Pietrowski and Nancy Pietrowski.
