Anita M. Romeo Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anita M. Romeo (Winter Garden, Florida), born in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 28, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jackson Anthony Aileon and Wilma Aileo (Krebs); and her sister Marie "Pinky" Mann (Aileo). She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Drennan (Aileo) and Jackson Aileo; her husband Jim; her children, James Jackson Romeo and Anita Marie Mangan (Romeo); her son-in-law Michael Mangan; her grandchildren, Ashley Marie Mangan and Britney Nicole Mangan; and her brother-in-law John Mann.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Anita's name to one of the many charities she was passionate about (Humane Society, Defenders of Wildlife, St. Joseph's Indian School) and the incredible hospice team that took care of her (VITAS Healthcare).
