She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Crawley and Ida Crawley (Campbell); her siblings, Donald Crawley and Judy Onheiser; her grandson Ronnie Ray; and her daughter-in-law Stephanie.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Foxworth; her children, Molly Phillips, James Foxworth (Shannon), Teddie Nichols (Howard), Michael Foxworth, Donna Foxworth, Ronnie Foxworth (Shirley) and Candice Sullivan (John); and her sister Rada Mae. She is also survived by her 21 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren.
