He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Ann Mann; his parents, Hammett Glasgow and Lizzie Lee Mann; his brother Charles Lee Mann; and his son David Lemuel Mann.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Peggy Banks of Wildwood, FL; his children, Mark Mann of McLean, VA and Lisa Crupi (Joseph) of Randolph, NJ; his sister Margaret Cox of Sanford, NC; his grandchildren, Taylor, Dylan, Garrett Crupi, Regan, Sheridan, Blair Mann and Olivia Morrical; and his great grandchildren, Makahyla and Xavier Crupi. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to a special charity of choice.
