She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Berman and Gertrude Wigransky Berman; her husband Herbert Sidney Hoffman; and her sister Barbara Berman Levy. She is survived by: her children, Carol Hoffman Jason (Joel) of Virginia Beach, Barbara Hoffman Siegenfeld of Fairfield, Connecticut and Matthew Hoffman (Gail) of Boston; her grandson Adam Jason (Marina); her great grandchildren, Emily and Jack; and her grandchildren, Aaron Jason, Josh Jason (Gabrielle), Alex Siegenfeld, Allison Siegenfeld Pollack (Dan), Max, Sophie, Zachary and Hannah Hoffman.
