He is survived by: his wife Marianela Mejias Celestino; his daughters, Sandra Mejias, Maricela Ortiz, Johanna Mejias, Regina Da Luz and Nailea M. Mejias; and his siblings, Elizabeth De Jesus, Brenda Mercado, Aradis Mejias, Edgardo Mejias, Orlando Mejias, Edwin Alicea and Nazario Alicea, Jr.. He is also survived by 12 beautiful grandchildren and four great grandchildren, as well as his multiple nieces, nephews, sister-in-law and brother-in-law.
