She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Martin and Ella Rose Martin; and her husband Jerry Blankenship. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Blankenship (John Wortham) and Randy Blankenship (Shannon); her grandchildren, Dylan Northrup and Heather Whipkey; and her great grandchild Bentley Young.
