He was predeceased by: his brother Juan Jose of Guatemala. He is survived by: his siblings, Roberto of Guatemala, Ovidio of Guatemala, Delia of Guatemala, Yolanda of Guatemala, Dora of Guatemala, Genaro of Guatemala, Guadalupe of Guatemala and Samuel of Guatemala. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St. Rita Catholic Church (13645 Paddock Dr, Wellington, FL 33414). A wake was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Our Lady Queen of the Apostles Parish Hall, Royal Palm (100 Crestwood Blvd S, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411).
