He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Carroll (Ruth Carroll) and Virginia Carroll; his son Joe Carroll; and his brothers, Bill Carroll, Weldon Carroll, Hubert Carroll and Dennis Carroll.
He is survived by: his wife Marika Carroll; his sons, James (Cheryl), John (Julie) and Bela; his daughter-in-law Beth; and his siblings, Mary Rash, Virginia Milligan and Gwindel Carroll. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
