It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn N. Kates (Vero Beach, Florida), born in Runnemede, New Jersey, who passed away on September 6, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Harry B. Kates, Jr.; her granddaughter Heidi; and her great grandchild Kaden. She is survived by: her children, H. Booth Kates III (Susie) and Marilyn J. Kates (Laura); and her grandchildren, Gretchen Morning (John), Meghan Whitney (James), Ryan Booth Kates (Ashley) and Amanda Parker (Jeff). She is also survived by nine great grandchildren, a niece and nephew, and five great nieces and nephews.
