He is survived by: his wife Susan TenBroeck of Venice; his daughter Anna Macura (Matt); his grandchildren, Amelia and Grant Macura of Loveland, Ohio; his siblings, Judy Mazure (Laverne) of Howell, MI and Wayne Susalla (Sherry) of Ruth, MI; his stepdaughters, Christina Barr and Jennifer Barr; his stepgrandsons, William and Aiden Bush; and his stepchildren, James, Maya, Thorne and Margot Swift.
