Kay (Karen) of Honesdale, PA, Patty M. Kay (Bob Przywieczerski) of Hagerstown, MD and Mary Clare Kay (Ron Mantley) of Brewster, MA.; and his nieces and nephews, Susan Granquist (Tim) of Honesdale, PA, Kevin Kay (Elyse) of Honesdale, PA, Maureen Mezick (Vinnie) of Honesdale, PA, Brennen Przywieczerski (April) of Hagerstown, MD, Sean Przywieczerski, Alexandria and Shea Przywieczerski of North East, MD.. He is also survived by 10 great nieces and nephews.
