He was predeceased by: his wife Martha; and his grandson Wyatt Duyn. He is survived by: his children, Martha Loraine Allison Dasch, Daniel Forrest Allison and April Anne Allison Duyn. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren.

Donations may be made to the Calvary Bible Church Mission Fund in lieu of flowers.
