He was predeceased by: his parents, William Barney and Marion Barney; and his brother James Barney (IL). He is survived by: his wife Lily Barney (Middleton); his daughters, Colleen Barney and Christine Rooks (Ike); and his siblings, Barbara Connors (CA), Garry (Suzanne) and William Barney (NC).
