Higgins of Treasure Island, Florida, born in Kearny, New Jersey, who passed away on March 23, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Higgins and Mary Higgins; and his brothers, Jackie and Charlie. He is survived by: his siblings, Pat Higgins, Brian Higgins, Maureen McCabe and Stephen Higgins; his daughter Courtney Delpriora; his son-in-law Michael Delpriora; his son Matthew Higgins; his daughter-in-law Jessica Willoughby; and his grandchildren, Ruby, Patrick and Sawyer.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made in the name of Jim to the Gary Sinise Foundation or Seaside Seabird Sanctuary.
