She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Braxton and Audrey Braxton; her brother Aubrey Braxton, Jr.; her husband Donald Kenneth Blizard; and her granddaughter Megan Forbes.

She is survived by: her children, Deborah Prekup, Scott Blizard (Toni), Lynne Cody (David) and Amber Blizard (Paul Smith); her grandchildren, Clint, Mary-Beth, Jon-Erik, Jaclyn, Jimmy, Dylan, Dane, Chase, Stephanie, Abby and Walker; and her great grandchildren, Joshua, Audriana, Emma, Christian, Colton, Archer, Maddox, Beau, Bella Rose and Wyatt.
