Patsy Etta (Wade) Bukovac Obituary
Pat Bukovac, 87, of Jacksonville, Fla., peacefully passed away on March 12, 2024, in Titusville FL. She was born on March 12, 1937, in River Junction, Florida.
Pat, as she was affectionately known, was a loving and passionate individual whose greatest joy came from spending time with her family. She was actively involved in La Society de Femme, dating back to at least 1976.
Pat's infectious laughter and warm smile, complemented by her sweet southern accent, endeared her to all who knew her. She cherished her role as a Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, Friend, and Wife.
In her professional life, Pat had a career in the banking industry and also gained experience in the hospitality sector. She valued her time spent at work but found true fulfillment in her family life.
Pat will be dearly missed by her surviving grandchildren: Katie Cain-Rankin (Husband Jeff Rankin), Jennifer & Christopher Richards (Wife Wendy), Justin (Wife Nina) & Kyle Peacock (Wife Stephanie), Michelle Gore (Husband Wade), Melissa Wrotten, Daniel & Jason Olson, Susan Handy. as well as her great-grandchildren: Colton, Callen, & Camryn Rankin, Maxton & Everett Richards, Patch Peacock, Grayson, Parker, & Kallen Peacock, Hannah Gore.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Bukovac, and her children Glenn, Ray, and Robin Peacock, along with her grandson, Luke Peacock.
Pat worshipped at the St. Andrews’s Presbyterian Church and found solace in reading the Bible, attending church services, and enjoying gospel music sung by Alan Jackson. She also had a fondness for caramel lattes from her favorite coffee shop.
An intimate graveside service will be held for friends and family on
April 13th, 2024, at 1 pm
7242 Normandy Blvd,
Jacksonville, Florida, 32205.
The funeral services are being hosted by Dignity Memorial at Riverside Memorial Park.
Pat's memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her, as she leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished family moments.
