It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Halek Cooper of Titusville, Florida, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 16, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Halek and Elizabeth Halek; her husband James W. Cooper; and her daughter Ann M. Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Susan Blum (Norm), Kathryn Ridgely, Ione Bledsoe (Kenny), Jamie Conners (Frank), Edward Wallman (Tina), Michael Wallman (Cheryl) and Chris Wallman (Nancy); and her pet Pickles. She is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren, thirty-nine great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
