He is survived by: his wife Marcella Belles; his children, Lisa Shelly (David), Louise Thompson (Tom) and Laurie Griesel; his grandchildren, Paige Thompson (Jeremy Snelgrove), Carly Gathje (Robbie), Sarah Shelly, Erin Thompson, Justin Griesel and Shannon Shelly; and his great grandchildren, Ollie and Gemma.
